Krav
Maga India provides Krav Maga
Training classes in delhi,
including karate, taekwondo,
self defence, taichi, kung fu,
kick boxing, muay thai, at New
delhi, noida, gurgaon, faridabad,
ghaziabad Classes with Krav Maga,
India are designed to make you
confident towards self defence.
We'll work with you to train
your mind, body and attitude so
that you can stay safe
regardless of the situation.
Our aim is to help you learn
combative and self defense
techniques of Krav Maga and
master you to use appropriate
one at the time of necessity.
Generally, there are no rules in
KravMaga, as it is a defense
fighting technique which is not
regulated, but utilized to keep
the user safe and incapacitate
the opponent by any means
necessary. Men and women
generally undergo the same
drills. It has no sporting
federation, and there are no
official uniforms or attire,
although some organizations do
recognize progress through
training with rank badges,
different levels, and belts.
Krav Maga is the official
hand-to-hand combat system of
the Israeli Defense Forces, here
we combine and mould them as per
the Indian requirement. All the
techniques taught are based on
practical scenarios and their
counters At Krav Maga India. The
classes are based on the
original Krav Maga NOT Karate,
not Tae Kwon Do, not Kung Fu and
especially not fancy aerobic

MASTER RAJNISH has been involved
in martial arts for over 34
years and has been an instructor
for 24 years. He persists in his
search for knowledge by never
passing up an opportunity to
train with his wide array of

He is one of only a few INDIAN
who has represented INDIA in the
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in 1998 in
Birmingham U.K. and was the only
inductee martial artist for the

Initially tracksuit
bottoms and a T-shirt /
Vest top will be more
than suitable. However
the most comfortable
choice would be to wear
Club Uniform which can
be supplied through
Martial Art Academy of
India.
As for the equipment,
all of the padded kick
shields and focus mitts
are provided. So you can
punch and kick all of
your stress out, without
hurting anybody.
After a few weeks, for
your protection, you are
encouraged to purchase
boxing gloves, as gloves
protect your joints when
hitting the focus mitts.
If you choose to spar
(fight) at a later date,
then kick boots, head
guards, mouth guards,
groin guards (men) and
shin pads are needed -
so that you are insured
to do plenty partner
work safely and enter
competitions if that
appeals to you.

You may be your
first and last line of defense
in an increasingly violent
world. You must be prepared to
whatever it takes to survive.
Most important, there are no
rules on the street. Below
mentioned are few aspects we
help one out to master.
1. Make
Sure the Threat is Neutralized ?
First of all, one of the main
basic principles you?ll learn is
to make sure that the threat has
been neutralized. This means
that they can no longer attack
you, which is important.
2. Avoid
Getting Injured ?
Another basic principle is to
work to make sure you don?t get
injured. You should take
measures to protect your body,
which could mean the difference
between life and death.
3. Strike
Points that are Vulnerable ?
When you are attacking your
attacker, it is important that
you strike the most vulnerable
points possible. You want to be
sure that you render them
ineffective, so going for the
vulnerable points will help you
out.
4. Attack
Rather than Defend ?
Yet another basic guiding
principles for those who are
going to perform the techniques
of Krav Maga is to make sure
that you start attacking rather
then defending as soon as
possible. Sure, you?ll have to
defend yourself at first, but if
you want to win, you?ll need to
start attacking as soon as
possible.
5. Use
Any Objects or Tools Around You ?
Another principle you?ll learn
when training and using Krav
Maga techniques is to use any
objects or tools that you may
find around you. You may not be
armed when you are attacked, so
you?ll have to make do with the
things you can find in the area.
6. Simple
but effective techniques. Learn
simple techniques to end a fight
as quickly as possible. An
aggressive training drill
improves vision, help you manage
stress and gives you technique
that works in real life
situation. Last but not the
least we teach people to
function during the stress and
shock of a sudden, violent
encounter. Tested in the street.

Reacting To an
Attack
A surprise attack
will force one to react from an
unprepared state. Therefore, the
self-defense reaction must be
instinctive and reflexive. Krav
maga training prepares one for
just that. The subconscious mind
turns instinctive trained
responses into immediate action.
The Mind Game
In a physical
confrontation, one likely
experience a combined surge of
stress, fear, and excitement.
Mental and physical conditioning
will allow one to harness One?s
adrenaline and channel it into
action. Mental confidence and
toughness provides a decisive
advantage in a violent
encounter. Only proper training
can trigger both one?s mental
and physical skills to spring
into Instinctive action.
Making the

What is Krav Maga ('Contact
Combat')?
Krav Maga is a fast, highly
effective, reality based self
defence system. Krav Maga
('Contact Combat')
Krav Maga is extremely easy to
learn as its actions are based
on the body's natural defence
instincts. Therefore a
practitioner can expect to
become proficient very quickly.
DO I NEED TO BE REALLY FIT?
Definitely NOT . Krav Maga is
about realistic self defence for
everyone. A welcome by-product
of the training is that your
fitness will improve, but this
is not the main objective.
Everyone is encouraged to train
at their own level.
I HAVE NO MARTIAL ARTS
BACKGROUND. CAN I STILL DO KRAV
MAGA?
Absolutely. In many cases this
is actually an advantage, as you
don?t have to spend time
?unlearning? aspects of other
systems that, while excellent
for sport fighting purposes, are
not really effective for self
defence in realistic situations.
That said, well developed
striking skills will stand you
in good stead.
WILL I GET HURT?
Your safety is our first
priority. The nature of the
training naturally implies some
risk of injury, but if you
listen carefully and follow all
instructions, this risk is
minimal. Injuries are very, very
rare. Our instructor is fully
qualified.
What will I Learn at Delhi Krav
Maga India?
An essential part of Krav Maga
is its teaching process,
methodology and style of
training.
Subjects you will learn while
training in the Krav Maga system
of self defence include:
Prevention, avoidance, escape
and evasion.
Dealing with throws and falls to
all directions and angles.
Attacks and counterattacks:
Performed at all targets,
distances, ranges, heights,
